Prenatal Partner Yoga is a yoga practice that uses shared weight, massage, counter balancing and mutually supportive yoga asanas (postures) to prepare for childbirth and alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy.

Anna Azrieli has been teaching movement for twenty years. She received her yoga certification through Om Yoga in 1999. She has studied Body-Mind Centering, Ayurveda, Authentic Movement, and meditation. Her practice as a performing artist and dancer also influence her yoga. The process of birthing and parenting her son brought a new emphasis to her teaching leading her to Prenatal Yoga, Parent & Baby Yoga/Postpartum Yoga, and Prenatal Partner Yoga.
